Advanced Jelq Methods


WARNING: These techniques should not be tried by those who have less than 2 months jelqing experience, because there is a high risk of injury.

Kegel Enhancement
Between each stroke, before fully tightening the grip at the base, you should perform a kegel and hold it until the grip is fully in place. This will produce a much larger pump at any level of the erection and it allows higher erection level to be handled without any excessive trauma to the penis.

High Erection Levels
Erections of 90-100% have a high impact on girth growth. But you must be aware of the fact that fully erect or close to fully erect jelqing is harder on the penis and there are higher chances of getting injured. A lot of people who complained of very little or no gains in when they performed jelqing at a low erection experienced better gains when they used high erection levels.

Jelq Squeeze
At 60-90% erection, or with higher erections for more intensity, you should create a grip around the base with the first hand retracting overly loose skin. You should use the second hand for the standard jelq stroke and you should keep the grip as tight as possible. This technique has the disadvantage that each stroke starts further up the shaft but the advantage of keeping blood easily between the strokes.

Some further blood can be pushed into the shaft by releasing the stationary grip slightly and by performing a kegel. Keeping blood in this way keeps the penis at a more flaccid feeling and pliable because of the large pump.

Both grips are best applied as overhand OK grips. It can take some time to get used to this grip and it can be hard on the wrists. The stroke time should be long, around 5 seconds.

Jelq Sticks
This concept (also known as drumsticks) means to take 2 pieces of 1/2”x7” spindle covered with vinyl tubing, hold them parallel and place the penis between the sticks. You should grip at the base and then move forward with a stroke of 3 seconds or even longer. Often the sticks are used vertically, although the penis will sometimes try to rotate during the stroke. The vertical use stimulates the growth of girth and it helps protect the dorsal nerve from getting injured.

Jelq sticks are available in the market in a modified form. The addition of conserved tongs and high density foam covered metal rollers became the jelq device. This device is designed to be used in a horizontal mode.

Jelq sticks are capable of exerting pressure at a greater force than hand jelqing and they should be used with more care to avoid getting injured. Many men discovered this to be an advantage to their penile exercise activities.

Listen to your body and see what feels best.  as long as there is no pain, you should be fine doing them the way that feels best. All the exercises should be performed in half-erecrection state.

I am doing this exercise 3 months ago. About 1 week ago while doing the Jelq ,I saw some blood on my hand. I checked it was from inside the pipe of the Penis. I feel little pain. I stopped doing and rest two days. And now I am again continuing without any problem… but I am worried about the blood I saw some days before… I need your help?

Our answer:

Yes, I experienced this several times when I first started exercising 10 years ago.  I think perhaps theres some minor tearing inside the urethra and the jelqing causes pressure and makes blood come out.  Just take 3 days off or so and ease up on your jelqing pressure for a while until your penis is built up.
